Japanese Whiskey Smash Cocktail Recipe

Whiskey Smash cocktail is one of the most refreshing holiday cocktails out there. This This delightful cocktail incorporates fruit, citrus, in addition to mint.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 oz of your finest Japanese whiskey.

  • ¾ oz simple syrup (optional if you don’t want it so sweet).

  • Mint leaves.

  • Lemon wedges.

  • Sugar cube.

  • Lemon peel, mint for garnish.

PREPARATION:

  • In a shaking glass, muddle mint leaves, lemon quarters, and a sugar cube. 

  • Add simple syrup, sugar, whiskey, and stir. 

  • Add ice and shake well. 

  • Strain mix into a glass over ice and garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon peel.
