Mimosas Perfect For Christmas Brunch

If you are looking for simple and easy to make mixed drinks to kick off the festivities on Christmas day, then you are going to love these mimosas recipes. They are perfect for Christmas morning or any occasion.

Grand Mimosa

A grand mimosa is a very festive and easy to make cocktail made with orange juice, champagne and orange liqueur. The two most famous brands of orange liqueur are Grand Marnier and Cointreau. You can use your personal favorite.

This cocktail is a brunch favorite and a must try for your holiday brunch!

INGREDIENTS (1 Champagne flute):

  • 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur

  • 2/3 Champagne

  • Orange Juice

  • Orange Slice Garnish

TO MAKE:

  • Pour 1/2 ounce orange liqueur in flute.

  • Add champagne to fill glass 2/3 of flute.

  • Top flute with orange juice.

  • Garnish edge of the glass.

Grapefruit Mimosa

A grapefruit mimosa is an easy two-ingredient drink with an option to garnish with grapefruit slices or fruits like raspberries or strawberries.

  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • Sparkling Wine

TO MAKE

  • Strain the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

  • Chill all the ingredients. **You should serve mimosas chilled.

  • Pour sparking wine 2/3 of champagne flute.

  • Top with fresh grapefruit juice.

  • Add garnish.

For Garnish: Option of Sliced grapefruit, strawberries or raspberries.

Slice the fresh garnish into small wedge and place on the rim of the glass.

Cranberry Mimosa

This cocktail is colorful and absolutely delicious. It also adds a festive vibe to your holiday celebration so give it a try.

INGREDIENTS:

TO MAKE:

  • Pour equal parts of champagne and cranberry juice into champagne flute.

  • Add a splash of orange liqueur.

  • Garnish with rosemary, lime wedge or thyme.

  • Add sugared cranberries.
