First crafted in the 1980s, this sophisticated drink has made a stylish comeback—gracing cocktail hours and celebratory soirées with its vibrant hue and balanced flavor. A delightful mix of vodka, Chambord (a raspberry liqueur), and pineapple juice, the French Martini delivers a smooth sip with a slightly fruity edge.

Whether you’re hosting a girls’ night in or adding a signature drink to your next dinner party, this cocktail is a go-to for its minimal ingredients, bold flavor, and beautiful presentation.

French Martini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Chambord (or other raspberry liqueur)

  • 1 oz fresh pineapple juice

  • Ice

  • Fresh raspberries or a lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice.

  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.

  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries or a lemon twist.

Pro Tip: Want a frothier finish? Use freshly pressed pineapple juice and shake it a few extra seconds to build a soft foam on top.
