  • Create a daily routine/schedule

  • Plan your day the night before. Make it a habit of planning your day the night before:

    You will find that you wake up with intention and are clear about your tasks for the day vs winging it. When you do this, you are making an agreement with yourself and setting clear expectations for the next day.

  • Take mini-breaks throughout the day - quickly meditation, coffee, tea break. Don’t overwork yourself.

  • Make time for friends and loved ones. Take time to refuel your soul by spending time with people you love. This is the time to put your phone away and be in the moment. It's ok to relax and enjoy life.

 By taking care of your body, health and mental well-being, you are able to perform your day to day activities better.
