Green Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup water or coconut water and ice * if using a blender

  • 2 medium apples (use sweet or tart apple)

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves or baby kale leaves

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce

  • 1 stalk of celery

  • 1 cucumber

  • ½ cup of pineapples * for added sweetness

  • 1 small lemon

  • ¾ inch fresh peeled ginger

Chill or serve over ice.

Carrot-Orange Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 -6 pounds carrots

  • 1 lemon

  • 3 oranges

  • 2 sweet apples

  • 2 inches fresh ginger

  • 2 celery stalks

Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Turmeric-Ginger Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 sweet apples (I like honeycrisp)

  • 1 orange

  • ½ lemon

  • ¼ cup pineapple

  • 1 inch fresh ginger

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

Serve immediately and store the rest in the fridge.
